Orders and Shipping
We process and ship all orders within 24 business hours from our California warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S., and may be faster for customers in or near California.
Creating an account is easy! Just click the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the top of our website and fill in your details. Once registered, you can view order history, track shipments, and manage your information.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@funhangbike.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update the address for you.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website at any time.
No, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers to ensure your personal data is protected.
Yes, sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping address. The exact tax amount will be shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing, please contact us at contact@funhangbike.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Most orders ship in one package. However, in some cases—especially for larger or multi-item orders—your items may arrive in multiple boxes. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment if that happens.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at contact@funhangbike.com. Once authorized, we’ll guide you through the return process.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email us at contact@funhangbike.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll correct the error and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage and your order number to contact@funhangbike.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving our return authorization.

Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us right away at contact@funhangbike.com. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
We currently do not support pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page or contact us directly to inquire about availability.
